A new technology 'Plasma Rise' can freely 'modify' the surface of materials, forms a 'special polymer layer' on the fluorocarbon surface.
The special polymer layer has rubber-like cushioning properties and absorbs shocks and abrasion damages. ''If the line surface is rubber-like, it will not be damaged by rocks or even by sharp tooth of Onaga Gure(black fish)'.
